Special Techniques:

1. Using silver, blue and green Marvy metallic pens shake the paint onto white gloss card spritzed with water, this let’s the colours run.  When covered, lay a scrunched piece of glad wrap over the top and let dry – produces an ocean foam look.  Cut into ocean wave pattern and put aside.

2. Colour brayer with Stamp-It seascape dye ink and brayer onto white matte c.s.  Paint over with Radiant Pearls (Celestial Sky) to add shimmer.

3. On white c.s. stamp Print Blocks images in black dye ink and emboss with clear e.p. Paint image outlines with blue Marvy Metallic Marker (release paint onto non-porous surface and use a paint brush to apply paint to paper) and paint images with Radiant Pearls.  Cut out and leave aside.

3. Once base card is dry, stamp fish and shells in blue and emboss with clear e.p. colour with Pearl Ex (duo red/blue) and Radiant Pearls.  When dry attach wave Marvy Metallic Markerto each side of card and trim to size.

4. Put some Crystal Shred between baking paper and iron on low to fuse together, tear into strips and attach to middle of card, layer cut out images onto this at an angle.
