PROCEDURE
| |
Print black and white / coloured image using a laser printer,
make the image slightly larger than the width of the packing
tape being used. Glossy magazine images can be substituted if
necessary.
|
| |
Cut packing tape to length of image and carefully lay tape over
image (right side up), smooth tape with fingers to remove any
air bubbles or wrinkles. |
| |
Immerse taped image in water or under a running tap, gently
begin to rub the paper with fingers, this will remove the paper
from the tape leaving a transparent image. Continue to work
paper until it is all gone. Place tape sticky-side-up to dry.
When dry check for paper remnants, if any paper remains repeat
step 3 and leave to dry again. |
| |
When dry and free of paper mount image onto pre-prepared
background card/paper and trim to size. |
